Did not receive orde

I requested two presents in early November. On Dec. 14, I obtained and mail saying the presents have been delivered. Two times before Holiday I still hadn't obtained bundle. I approached advantages plus they responded quickly stating they obtained paperwork but no Bundle. Odds and Ends won't react to emails and that Iam not able to achieve them by telephone.
