I have bought all my shoes a bealls and wanted to buy a pair of sebago clovehitch boat shoes. I wear size 13 and they did not have any in stock. I was told they could order them andi would receive them in 3 days. I ordered them and than presented my $10 dollar store coupon i had from our local paper. The salesperson was very nice but told me she could not honor the coupon because it was an online order. I told her that i did not feel it was fair becuse the shoe was not available in my shoe size. The assistant manager said she never knows when or what size shoes she will be getting in. I felt bealls does not care about their cutomers. Every other store i have dealt with will honor the coupon or sales price by giving me a rain check or ordering the product and honoring any discount or coupon they have issued. My wife and neighbors always shop at bealls but i feel that i have been lured in to the store and than told they may not get the shoe i wanted delievered again to that store. The assistant manager said there are alot of changes going on at bealls. Maybe bealls no longer needs my business! You can check on my order # k002624561.
