On febuary 22 i ordered a pair of vans black/purple no skull shoes in a size 8. On march 1 i recieved wrong item a dvs pink/white toddler shoe in size 5. I immediately sent the wrong item back, insuring the package, which i suppose to be reimbursed for $6.35.
Also on several emails concerning my correct order when it will be shipped i keep getting it is on its way from there manufactuere. After 5 weeks i still havent received my correct order. I was also told on march 5 on phone call, that there mistake tey will send the shoes immediately at there exspense on fast delivery. Ive sent emails, fax, nothing.
As of march 27 i was told there still no bacjk order. When i ordered the shoes they were available and stated in red will ship same day and the size 8 was in red. I paid 60.88, i have not received no refund or shoes. They were purchased for my daughter for her birthday, and i want the shoes, i should have already had them.
