I was quoted $600 to move a certain amount of things. After the truck was 1/5 full, the movers stopped and told me that it would be at LEAST $200 more to put the rest of my things on the truck, but couldn't guarantee me that it wouldn't be more than $200 extra. I spoke with James and Jay on the phone who said that if the movers took my things off the truck they would still charge me even though all of the items that were included in the quote were not on the truck. James then threatened to have the movers leave with my things and bring them to storage and I could hire an attorney to get them back. The James threatened to have the movers take my things to Alabama where I couldn't find them. They were a day late and then two hours late the next day.in the end, they only moved 1/2 of my things and my total was $685 and we got to my storage building at 7:30 P.M. They did not keep their word on the quote, I was threatened, I was yelled and cursed at, and hung up the phone on me several times. They were COMPLETELY rude, unprofessional, and dishonest.
