When I received my bill from quest it had the charge of $16.01 that I did not request. I do not know what it is for and I could not reach them last night to check it out. I will go to the bank Monday morning and request they not pay the bill when it comes in as I have it listed as automatic payment plan.
Please let me know what more I can do.
