If you decide to purchase a Qwest "Bundle" Plan, get the details up front in writing. I purchased a bundle plan at a mall kiosk from a salesperson whose business card said he was with Qwest. When my bill was $50 more than what he quoted me, I called Qwest and they said he was a 3rd party vendor and they had no connection to him. They also said that DirecTV had no connection to them either and that there was basically nothing they could do. So, not only did "bundling" not save me any money, I am locked into a deal that costs me $600 more per year than what I thought I was agreeing to. Qwest outsources its sales force, they sell under their name, and the company claims they have no recourse! What a scam.
For those of you in Minnesota, specifically, the kiosk at Southdale is where I was ripped off. Bill Feahr was the guy who lied to me and sold me a deal that he or the company will not stand by.
