They charged my husband way to much for a 10 second phone call San Ysidro Nationwide

Hi yes, my husband is fighting for our country over in iraq, and on his way over there, he went to germany when he was there for 2 hrs, he tried calling home (pennsylvania) to get ahold of me and tell me he made it there, i wasnt able to answer the phone so i didnt, he called maybe twice and i ddint answer... The calls were maybe 20 seconds each adn they charged me $43.32... I want this money back now. That is ripoff and shame on you for doing this to other people including my husband...
