I made a phone call from Sofia Airport-one less than a min-48$ and a 7 min one for $66. Same story-phone was a regular public pay-phone I have been using a milion times before, just never with a credit card for a long distance call. No information on the company that you actually place the call through, no rates-nothing.
We filed a complaint with BBB.org. I daubt anything is going to come out of it but if anyone is filing a class - action lawsuit we will be happy to join. There are a lot more people. I found like 50 on a website called forum. Virtualtourist.com
