Fraudulent charges to my debit card

I place a 2 minute local call (from the airport to a local hotel requesting a shuttle) at a Portland OR airport payphone. The payphone was labeled with banner that said all local calls were just 50c. When I got home a few days later, my account had been debited $24.97 for this call. I'm disputing the charge.

Although the charge shows up on my account, I called the telephone number listed for that entry (International Satellite Communications) and they claim that it takes 5-7 business days for the charge to appear in THEIR system.
