Smug rude non authrized debits of bank accounts

Arron Rents in Killeen has repeatedly automaticly debited my bank account WITHOUT permission. This repeated debiting has (each time) put me into over draft. When contacted the Accounts Manager, James (last name never given) smuggly stated that if we made our payments on time we would not have to worry about this.

How can a company, who gets thier payments (even when late) they get thier "late payment fee" as well, how can they debit an account automaticly when they have NEVER been given permission either written or implied to do so.in fact, we have ALWAYS called in our payments.
