I have been making regualr payments on my account and the balance seems to be growing. I have gave them permission to take the payments automatically out of my bank account until the end of july. Since then they have continued to take out payments without my permission. The payments that were taken out are not even posted to my account. The call my house all the time and harrass me regarding the payments.
