We have been with Aaron's since December. Everything was fine until I bought a computer which did not work from the start. We had a tech come out to our house and he could not fix it. They took it in and had it sent off to be rebooted, and that took about three weeks. When we got the computer back, it was all scratched up and had indents all over it. We sent it back to them and asked them to credit our account. We were supposed to get a $120 credit back on our other accounts.
Our accounts have been messed up ever since, because they never credited our other accounts. We have been getting harassing phone calls about being late, and now they are coming to our front door to collect payments and saying we are late. We have been making our payments on the second Wednesday of every month since December and have never been late. The regional manager was supposed to take care of this and has done absolutely nothing except harass us. Every time I ask for the regional manager to call me, he never does.
