We purchased a lawn tractor, and on the second payment they debited 2 payments from our checking account without our permission. We called, and they said someone had called in the payments, which was a lie. Now we have bank fees for insufficient funds because of this. They were supposed to reverse the debit but have not as of yet. They are not getting any payments, or the tractor, until this is settled.
