Listen to the People Who Filed Report Report: #236670! They are Supreme... Supremely Rude, Dishonest and Unprofessional Fair Lawn

It's too bad I did not find this website prior to selecting Supreme Moving Systems. Report: #236670 is not exaggerating about the level of unprofessionalism. If you read the rebuttle, DAVID claims the customer insulted his mother. DAVID treated us without ANY respect or dignity so I could see how someone might blaim his parents. He behaved like someone with serious anger issues and who has no respect for other people.

I just hired them to do a long distance move. I cannot write the full story so, I'll just highlight the Major points...

1. They did NOT honor their internet coupon. The packers told me it would be added into the final bill and when I requested the final bill a week later, the person on the phone told me it was too late. I asked many times, and they would not honor it... Please see internet site! There is NO limitation noted on when a customer has to present it!

2. They charged me for almost 1,000 additional pounds OVER the "safe side" estimate. When I challenged them on this, I was talked to by David very rudely.indimidation seems to be the way they get customers to give in! He said things like..."Hey! Are you calling me a liar..." and "Hey, you need to be quiet and let me talk here...". These are not appropriate responses to a request to verify the weight (which they never did). Scale papers were also never shared with us.

3. They tried to overcharge me by increasing the cost per lb. That I had IN WRITING! When I challenged them on this, they told me they could only go by what was in the computer. I asked again and again for them to rectify this and after one week, they finally did, but it took a lot of protest. Basically, if you don't get it in writing... DON'T expect to get it at all.

4. The Packers DEMANDED a LARGE TIP and were very "FIRM" with me that this was needed AFTER they had my belongs in the truck. If I could give you a photo of what these guys looked like, you would understand they were NOT the kind of people who would take a NO. It was made very clear to me that IF I wanted my things to arrive intact, a LARGE tip would be needed.

5. The Packers were VERY rude... Swearing to each other, left things behind without telling us, threw their garbage in and outside of our home (disgarded packing material, cigarette butts, etc...). They threw light bulbs (yes GLASS) in our front garden (where our children play). They DID NOT lay down any protection on the floors when moving heavy objects... We had to remind them several times to be CAREFUL with he brand new hard wood floors!

6. The most terrifying... They gave me a window of 7 to 14 calendar days for full deliver, but asked that I call the office to get a firm window. I did and they gave it to me, when the delivery window came and went, I called this guy DAVID... He was very, very rude. He talked down to me, yelled at me, etc... I had to hang up on him and when I did, he kept calling me back and YELLING at me that I was not "ALLOWED" to do that and that if I wanted to see my stuff... I hung up before I heard the end. HE CALLED ME BACK AGAIN AND AGAIN TO KEEP YELLING! When I complained to the "President" of the company, she did not care one bit. She apologized, but that was it...

7. The UNPACKERS, when they FINALLY arrived, where rude to my elderly father! Any simple questions were responded to with by a slap in the face or a talking down to.

LONG STORY SHORT... 3 delivery windows later... I GOT MY STUFF but with a huge amout of tourment and suffering!

In all fairness, I DO HAVE to be completely honest... They did deliver our stuff and in pretty good shape. No major damage (Remember, I am a seasoned "movee" so I know some damage is to be expected). The president "Ilana" although indifferent to the employee's behavier, was professional in her tone and behavior.

At the end of the day, I cannot recommend this company to anyone based on my extremely negative experience. Unless you want to over pay, be intimidated and talk to like garbage... I give them a 2 (on a scale of 1 to 10)! Dishonest, rude, late and unprofessional.
