Star of David picked up our belongings on June 1 they asked us for a date for delivery, we said June 9. June 9 came and went without a word, we called to find out what was going on. They said they would now put us on the schedule and we would receive our delivery w/in fourteen days. We spoke to both the dispatcher and a customer service rep who were both extremely rude and told us many times to "read the contract" that it is not their responsibility to keep us updated.
We waited a few days and then on June 14 got a call from a rep stating that our stuff would arrive by the 17th or 18th. We still hadn't heard from them by the evening of the 17th so we called and spoke to the dispatcher. He now claims that the truck that was supposed to be delivering our furniture was stolen in VA but did not yet have any furniture on it but now the truck has to go back to Florida for inspection and our delivery date is pushed back yet another week. He told us to "leave him alone" and "your stuff will get there when it gets there" They will call us the night before our stuff is delivered. They have been degrading and rude. We've asked many time to speak to the owner but no one will give a name or number.
Is this good customer service? I told the dispatcher that this was bad business and he said "No ma'am you are bad!"take a reading class and then read the contract"
