In Dish Network fraudently added the Showtime service to my account. They repeatedly called me trying to sell my Showtime and I *always* declined. Then they added it *without* my approval. I was on autopay through my credit card and did not notice the extra money being paid.
When I finally did notice, I called Dish Network. They essentially told me it is my responsibility to see I am being charged correctly, not theirs. They refused to reimburse me for the fraudulent charges. I cancelled my account of 4 years. They lost a good customer.
I won't stop filing complaints until I am vindicated or repaid, or both. Next I'll go to Consumer Affairs, the Attorny General and whoever else I can think of.
