This company is waiting close till an individual billing cycle is over then adding min they did not use to there phone bill Ripoff Brooklyn New York

T-mobile is fraudulent for two months straight they have been adding min to my cell phone which I did not use and I am held responsable for them in which I have to pay for these minutes I did not use.

I called up the company to speak to a supervisor/manger and was upset about the way I was handle vebrally by the supervisior Chris O id num 393334 this individual was very very disrepectful and should not be working at a company in the manner in which he as to deal with people. I would like this matter to be handle and would really like to come to come form of conclusion on this matter because this is not the first time this as happen
