I purchased an Ipod in June of I bought the service plan because they said the batteries go bad.in Sept my battery started deteriorating. I lived with it until Feb or 2007 I brought it in and had the battery replaced. Then I brought it in 3 more times. The contract says after 4 times for the same problem they will call it a lemon and give you a new one.
Instead they decide to do their rapid exchange program. I called and they tell me the problems I have been having do not qualify as a lemon. Do not buy a service plan they are worthless. Best Buy refuses to do the right thing and give me a new one.
