IPod Battery Depot supplied a battery that would not charge properly. Its low quality and malfunction was confirmed in writing by my local Apple dealer. IPod Battery Depot insisted I return the battery to them before they would consider replacing it. I mailed the battery back at my expense and they then denied receiving it. They cited "rules" that do not appear in the warranty on their web site, and refused to do anything further for me. I threw away my money on IPod Battery Depot, which provided a worthless battery and a worthless warranty.
