This Fed Ex department was the most recent to screw-up a delivery for me. I ordered an All-In-One printer that was delivered by Fed Ex. The tracking said that it had been delivered and signed for, but with my closer inspection, I saw that the 'signature proof' that was posted with their tracking info WASN'T MINE.
Luckily, this is a small town and I looked up this person's name and found their address to be several blocks away and the house number nor the street name was anything even CLOSE to mine. I called this person and they denied having anything addressed to me. HP is trying to resolve this problem, but Fed Ex denies wrong doing.
A couple years ago, I had the same kind of problem with another Fed Ex faction... I ordered a $1000 computer thru Staples.com that was—oops—delivered to someplace in CALIFORNIA instead of MINNESOTA WHERE I LIVE. That also was a signed-for delivery.
Maybe Fed Ex just needs to hire delivery folk that can READ!!! Staples immediately sent me another computer, and I have no idea of how long or if they were able to make Fed Ex right their wrong.
