Lack of ability to order new blades!

A windstorm captured my outdoor ceiling fan. First got it spinning and moved it in to the arbor. All knives smashed. I'm attempting to buy fresh knives. The lover is fresh plus they nevertheless are available exactly the same design in the Home Site.

The Hampton Bay site provides me no choices to-order the knives and sometimes even keep in touch with them about my scenario. They place all contact needs to Homedepot. I sent Homedepot plus they responded using their site and also the area of the close by shop.

Homedepot shows me the choices I will purchase from out-of a list but none with match the Four Winds outside design.

Neither Homedepot or Hampton provide me support.

I have to repair this lover with today knives and substitute a different one about the patio.inform me WHY I'd purchase another Hampton Bay.
