Ripoff dishonest fake lied delivery fraudulent

I shop online regularly and have used FEDEX before, but this incident made me so frustrated. I ordered something two weeks before Christmas, but it never came.

When I checked the tracking information it said delivered. I was shocked, since the package required a signature. When I clicked on the button that allowed me to see the signature I saw that there was indeed a signature... But I didn't sign it.

At the time that "delivery", only my little sister and I was home. It was about 8:30am on a weekday, MOST people are at work. We had the week before christmas off since I'm a college student.

I don't think they delivered it to the wrong address. I had an experience with USPS where they will not hand the package over unless signer knows the name of the person on the package without seeing it first. And the fake signature sorta looked like my name.

I mean faking delivery attempts is one thing, but faking my signature? I paid extra for a DIRECT signature for a reason. I'm not even accusing the delivery person of stealing my package. I've looked this up online, and other people seem to have packages left on the front door when they're not there, and Fedex magically had their signature too. At least they still got the package. Either way I'm screwed out of $250.

I'm in the process of talking with my shipper to see if we can get my money back through a claim, but I don't think they will issue me a refund. I have no way to prove that the signature isn't mine unless they want to compare it to my driver's license, and that doesn't prove anything.
