Proxy Marriages
Ripoff, fraud, the company is a big hoax

I used this company called Proxy Marriages from an internet search. I also used the yahoo site for discussion groups which was also a hoax I later discovered.

I filled in the forms and sent away the cheque, they sent me regular updates saying paperwork was being processed.

They never answered the phone but use an answering system, they sent an email to say money had arrived and the certificate had been sent by first class post.

I waited and waited, the certificate never arrived.

I went to the bank to cancel the cheque, but too late, it had already been cashed.

I sent numerous e mails to the proxy marriage address telling them what I thought about this hoax.

I only received one reply back from them saying "life is tough"
