Purchased an XBox Live Gold service code from this company. Filled in the details, paid by Paypal, received an automatic response with the order number and then nothing.
The email said the code would be with us within 12 hours. 24 hours later, still no code. Used their support ticket system which stayed 'open' and not being addressed at any time. I added further information, requested urgent assistance. Still nothing.
I have received no code, no reply, nothing. The whois registrar for GameCardsNow.com is a Proxy Domain company affiliated to GoDaddy and I am going to raise a complaint via there too
The recipient email address is [email protected] whose web site has now disappeared but whose email address is still active. This is also registered by the Proxy Domain registration and has numerous web pages indicating that this was (when operating) also not sending goods for the money sent
