I was searching for marriage records in the state of California. Every last name I typed in returned 0 results — I even tried names such as Hernandez, Rodriguez, etc. I also tried Hawaii and Florida. 0 results. Even marriages I knew had taken place were not listed!
I left last name field blank and saw the results; all of the results for marriages in California took place before 1915 and there was only one page (approx. 35 results). I tried death certificates in California and encountered about 20 pages with 20 results on each page. Most of them were from the 70's.
I tried people searches and found similar results. After paying $26.95 for a VIP 5-year-membership just to search, I grew worried. I tried to find a contact for the company. The only way to get through to ANYONE is to contact tech support. I did, and have not heard back yet.
I looked up their WHOIS data and found their domain is registered with easydns.com, but their information is protected by Domains by Proxy, so I cannot even find an address or contact in order to report them to the BBB. Do not trust this website!
