This company solicited ME! They promised to collect my back-child support and take 20% of what they collected. "Marie" called me and said they found several rental properties in my ex's name, she quoted his social security number, new address, and the state he was living in. That impressed me enough to have my attorney scrutinize their contract. It all looked legit, I signed, faxed it back and waited. FOUR times I had to fax them the same information regarding the child support judgement, and the amount in arrears.
When "SHARON" called ME, in August she claimed to have spoken with my ex and his girlfriend, saying she had to resort to nasty language to shake them up a bit. She got me to laugh with her, and then comes the knock-out punch! I need to pay them $1800.00 to get the process started. They'd hire an attorney in his town to get him to court and expose his assets. Because of the amount of money he was sitting on, they'll waive the 20% fee to me, make HIM pay it, PLUS the $1800.00 will come back to me. "He won't last 3 minutes in front of the Judge" she said. That was 8 months ago - the law firm they hired for me, can't figure out what they're supposed to do for me! I'm going to the media and whoever will listen! I'm NOT finished with them, yet!
