I paid extra for delivery on Valentines Day, but was delivered the next day. The flowers were half dead. The same day I emailed the company because customer service would not answer the phone, even at 4am and I wrote that I want my money back.initially they responded with an electronic acknowledgment, but customer service didn't respond untill two weeks later stating it was past their money back 7 day period and I could only get a replacement not a refund.
I called them and stated that I had copies of the emails that I've recieved from them, but it didn't matter. I reminded them that I have been a customer since 2005.
