I placed an order on a Thursday for Friday delivery. Was notified on the following Monday that it would not be delivered until Tuesday, which was fine... Then the flowers were not delivered until Thursday and when my mom received them, 6 of the 18 roses were wilted and almost dead. Called customer service and was treated horribly by someone who said they were the 'customer service manager'. Would not give a refund, would only give $20 store credit or a $2 refund to my credit card. Horrible customer service will never order from them again.
