My boyfriend bought me flowers for Valentines Day. I didn't recieve the arrangement he paid for. Your customer service department promised a 50% refund, and re-delivery of the right flowers for the past two days. The flowers weren't delivered, and the refund wasnt put through. Your website says satisfaction guaranteed, and you won't even provide the product you charged him for. I expect the flowers he paid for and the 50% refund!
