I purchased centerpieces from this company on-line. The centerpieces arrived and contained less than half the stems that were shown in picture on-line. I was told that this was not their company's fault because they were using someone else's picture. Due to the fact that our party committee had planned the table centerpieces around the gleam n bursts and other products had already been purchased, we really just wanted to purchase 26 more. We asked if we could receive free shipping or a price reduction on the additional pieces we needed to complete our project due to the obvious discrepancy. The company was absolutely unwilling to compromise in anyway. The only offer was for a return authorization number for the product we had already purchased and our order was subject to a 20% restocking fee and no shipping costs would be reimbursed. The company was down right billigerent and said that because they were a small business they could not offer ANY customer service to resolve this dispute. This company has forgotten that the customers they sell to are responsible for their income. I would not recommend anyone purchase itmes from this company!
