I ordered 2 beautiful Christmas centerpieces from Bloomex 's website (which shows you exactly what you are ordering) for 2 relative families, one in Ottawa and the other in B.C. And upon arriving 3 days late neither of the beautiful centerpieces were what they were suppose to be nor were they beautiful! They were not even close to what was ordered.instead of roses there were only a few daisies! Not even close to the money that we spent! They were a few left over flowers put together with one white candle in the middle, instead of 5 red roses and 5 white roses, Christmas decorations and 2 red candles. We paid extra for a Christmas card to go with each and "NO Card"! We paid almost $70 for each and each centerpiece was maybe worth $15!! How embarrassing to give this to our relatives. Bloomex said that they would call first and instead just left them unattended on the doorsteps! They said that the centerpieces were not substituted and that I need to send them pictures to prove to them of these much inferior and not what I ordered cheap centerpieces. Lies, robbery, and more aggravation! Too bad Bloomex is not what they appear to be! It sounds and looks like a great company... Not!!
