I placed my order on December 16th, Its been over a month now and i have yet to receive shipment information. According to teamstyling.com: Shipping usually takes 7-10 business days but could take up to 21 days. I emailed the company directly two days ago asking tor an update, no one has contacted me back.
I purchased a voucher on HalfOffDepot.com for TeamStyling worth $25.

I redeemed the coupon on December 16th via the TeamStyling.com website. My total amount came up to $30. The Jewelery was $25 and they charged me for shipping which was $5. There were no fine details stating i would have to purchase more than the amount of my coupon. When i tried to checkout there was an error on the page stating:
[L_SHORTMESSAGE0] = Transaction refused because of an invalid argument. See additional error messages for details.
[L_LONGMESSAGE0] = The totals of the cart item amounts do not match order amounts.
[L_SEVERITYCODE0] = Error
I emailed the seller and sent them a tweet but they didnt get back to me on that day. Since i really wanted to rush my order through with hopes i'd receive them in time for a new years party, i tried to do a little trouble shooting myself. I figured out that the system wanted me to purchase more items so i added a $5 bracelet set to order which created a total of $35. I applied the $25 voucher and paid the balance, $10, via paypal.
I never received shipment confirmation nor my merchandise. On January 24th, I emailed the company asking for a shipment update. They never responded to my email. I filed a complaint with paypal on January 25th and was refunded $10 on 01/25. I have yet to receive the refund from the voucher i purchased on HalfOffDepot.
This company is a fraud with terrible customer service. I would never do business with them again and would not recommend them to anyone else.
