Over the years, I've had numberous delivery problems with FTD.com. However, I've continued giving them additional chances.
This last one takes the cake. I placed an order on 2/9 for delivery on 2/10.2/11, I call recepient and find out part of order was missing. Call FTD 2/11 was told will be looked into. Never returned call.
Call FTD 2/12 and am told entire computer system down for 1 hr. They take name number. Never call back. Called 2x more. Each time told unfortunately CUSTOMER SERVICE computer system is down, but ORDERING $YSTEM$ are working. Take name/number. Never a call back. Each time hold times for CUSTOMER SERVICE over 20 mins.
When pick ORDERING, hold time less than 3 minutes. Representative even told me that there was nothing they could do, calling back would probably result in longer hold times, no supervisors available, etc. Now, I am disputing entire charge. Let them and credit card company fight it out. I will NEVER use FTD.com again. If you want your order delivered, delivered correctly, and you want ANY customer service... Stay FAR away!
