February 10, my husband, placed an order for the FTD Season of Love Bouquet, 11-V4, with a delivery date of February 14.
The flowers were never delivered and my husband contacted customer service that same day. He was told, by a very rude supervisor, that the flowers would be delivered the next day and he would be given a $40 credit towards a future purchase.
February 15 came and still no flowers were delivered. I attempted to call customer service, and after having to call over 20 times because the phone number was busy, and waiting on hold for over 30 minutes, I was told that I had to leave a message for a supervisor, because a supervisor was the only one who could refund our money. I proceeded to one of at least 5 messages since then, and still no phone call back or our money. We have also sent numerous e-mails, with no response.
On February 16, I called customer service again. A representation by the name of Stacy assured me that her supervisor would be calling me back within an hour so I left my name and number again. I did not hear back from her supervisor so called again later in the day. This time I was placed on hold for over 45 minutes and was finally put on the phone with another “supervisor” by the name of Rhonda. Rhonda told me that she would credit me back $31, half of what my husband paid because we would have to pay the “restocking fee” and “delivery charge.” I asked her why we would pay anything if the flowers were never delivered. She very rudely told me that I was only getting $31 back and proceeded to hang up on me.
Still no credit and no flowers!!!
