I have paid AT &T 271.44 for past due payment on my bill and to date no restoral of my services is happening. After 3 days of non service I was told it would be anywhere from 2 to 5 days more. I have notified them that I have a heart condition that warrants phone service for emergency purposes and they ignored my plea. They take away my long distance service yet still charge me for this even though I cannot use it. I think they need to change their name to C R O O K S
