After being a customer for six months and dealing monthly with inept customer service, i requested information in writing on how much it would cost for me to buy out the remaining six months of my non-existant "contract".
They provided me a dollar figure which i gladly paid for them to go away. Three months later i started recieving collection phone calls.
Thank goodness i belong to a prepaid legal service. They have taken on the issues with directv. They are woking on several complaints from the state of florida. Do i smell a possible class action suit for deceptive business practises. I sure hope so!
