I used Lindelle AUGUST and I am currently getting screwed! We paid $2500 for pictures.
The photographer took limited shots of my huband and I as a couple. He told my husband to pose in a very awkward posture. When we got the proofs back we were upset to find that all of the poses were awful! We did not have a 16 x 20 photo (which cost over $300) that was decent. They tried to rectify the situation by sending us other photos. They wanted us to accept a photo where my husband and I were not even standing togheter!
We asked for a refund for the 16 x 20 photo and they said, "No we will give you a credit." As if we ever plan on using that business again! The Customer Service is awful! You always get voicemail when you call and they don't return your calls in a tiely manner.
As soon as I found someone that I that could help me. She left the company. Neeless to say she was handlinbg my account and issues. Do you think they told me that? No. I had to physically visit the studio to find out why this woman was not returning my calls only to find out that she was not with the company anyway. I was told that they don't work with the company anymore. I have dealt with 3 people that somehow don't work the company anymore! So I just kept getting pushed around to the next person. One of thier employess told me that they suck. Of course that was after I wedding.
They sell you what appears to be a nice deal, get your money, and forget you ever existed! They told us we had 90 days from the wedding date to select the photos we wanted for our album. We did not get the proofs until 60 days after our wedding! Then when we went to make an appointment we had to wait 3 weeks!
They will also charge you a $10 per week late fee if you wait after 90 days to set your album up. Even if it is thier fault you can not get an appointment.
It takes 16 - 24 weeks (4-6) months for you to receive a complete album
They don't tell you up front how much reprints cost.
They charge $20 for each 4 x 5 photo that you want a reprint of, $20 for one picture! If you want a picture edited to black and white they charge you $100 per picture. Don't even think about upgrading any photos to a bigger size they charge a minumum of $100 for any upgrade.
On top of not refunding our money they had the nerve to ask us if they could use our wedding photos for promtional purposes! They want to make money of off us by using our photos to show other potential clients; but are not willing to refund the money we already lost? I am completely outraged!
They are dishonest scam artists! I don't care how many years they have been in business.

It is to bad that I saw so many complaints about this company after I began having my own problems. If only I would have though about this before hand.
