I used lindelle studios for my wedding in October of 06, we went to Davids bridal to talk with a consultant from Lindelle, the person we dealt with showed us quality photography, he also promised us a lot of things, we then signed a contract thinking wow they are offering us a lot and they are inside of Davids bridal so they should be a good company. The man we met with told us that we would meet with our photographer before the wedding to discuss our needs, well that never happened. We paid Lindelle 3000 dollars for pictures that i could have taken with a disposable camera.
The night before our wedding we recieved a phone call at 9 pm from our photographer, so we never met him before the wedding, the photographer showed up with unbrushed hair and he looked like he had not even washed his suite. The photographer missed key photos that should be standard for a wedding, we then proceded to the reception and the photographer was missing for 45 minutes, he was taking pictures and cutting my bridal party out of them needles to say it was a horrible day.
After I recieved my proofs I was mortified, they were absolutley horrible out of about 350 proofs only 20 were okay pictures. I contacted Lindelle and got no where with them, they did not want to w. Ork with me to get the issure resolves, here I am almost 2 years later and still working on this, I still dont have any of my pictures. I recently called Lindelle again and they told me that they had sold the company and that all of my pictures are now with a lawyer, when I asked for the lawyers name and phone number they would not give it to me. I dont know if I will ever get my pictures and now I am out of 3000 dollars, and now have no wedding pictures, and the worst part is that Lindelle made a day that should be the happiest day of my life absoulutley horrible
