Followed all their trickey, confusing and frustrating terms and conditions, triple checked and kept copies, then sent them. After 3 months called them, they said lots of rebates after the holidays, should be getting it soon.
2 months later still nothing, now their story changes, Well we never received anything from you this nasty female claims and anyway why did I wait so long to call? Asked for a supervisor-manager, and guess what she did? Put me on that indefinite hold. I have called that 1-888-Best Buy and I swear they must scan customers phones as no one pics up or you get disconected after holding 20 mins.
Then I go to store #350, get some assistant manager who immediatley says that the store cant help with rebate problems that I have to deal with 1-888-Best Buy as thats the company policy. Well the computer was purchased Jan. 2006 and Im out of $150.00 rebate and I tell everyone Best Buy sucks.
