Your store In Warren, Mich. On VanDyke. Is a real mess. Every time I shop I feel like I am going to a garage sale, it feels very dirty, appearances are unkept and not clean. There are always things in the aisles, things where they shouldn't be on shelves (item on shelf does not match the description label bellow), no pricing (which is against the law). And extremely bad attitudes and lazy people (your employees). You can ask for help people will not know answers go to get someone and no one ever returns. The funny thing is that this continues to happen at this particular stores location all the time. You go to the Walmart in Troy or on 23mile and it is an all together different story. Everything is very kept and neat in those stores with great customer service. Only problem is the Warren store is 1/2 mile from my house. I avoid it like the plaque, which is a shame. I would like to be able to shop there, but it is truly one of the most enjoyable shopping experiences that I have ever been on time after time after time. Please let me know when you rectify the situation and I will gladly try it again, until then you have lost a customer. I will let you know I am not the only one that feels this way, neighbors agree as well.
