I purchased Corel Paintshop Pro on March 25 at Fry's Electronics in Oregon because there was a rebate offer of $30.00. I sent in the rebate request right away.
A few months past and nothing happened. On July 31 I phoned them and was told they didn't have my rebate submission. I could fax it in to their Resubmission dept. Attention Corel Customer Service, and start to wait again. Two months later and nothing still. I phoned again on September 24. First call was disconected while on hold. The second time I got a floor supervisor that informed me that the period was over for them to issue any checks on this promotion. No exceptions. End of story.
