I was stuck in an airport during a terrible storm, my flight was cancelled and my cell was dead. I used a pay phone that indicated a rate of $1.00 for 5 minutes BUT WAS CHARGED $25.00 FOR EACH 1-2 MINUTE CALL AND $25.00 EVEN WHEN CALL ATTEMPTS ONLY REACHED A BUSY SIGNAL! That totaled $175 — four 1-2 minute calls at $25.00 each and three calls that only reached a busy signal, which I was also charged $25.00 each. No fee information was indicated as dialed each time. I simply dialed my home number and was prompted for my credit card details, which I entered. I intend to follow advice from others who have had a similar experience with LEGACY LONG DISTANCE and will file complains with both:

Do not let them take advantage of you this way. Fight back for yourself and for others!!!
