Dealpath - Dealpass Corrupt billing

I have never heard of this company and have made no purchases through them. I have not authorized their charging my credit card for membership in their program or provided them with my credit card information, yet my credit card has been charged $149.00 for membership.
Who are these people and how did they get my credit card information? They need to be closed down.
