Cable, High Speed Internet Mediacom customer service is SO rude! They used to be such nice people! Ripoff

We have had mediacom highspeed web for more than 4 decades today and not had any issues up to a year ago.

directly after we moved into our new house, we'd our support moved. I settled our next payment online and also the following day, without caution we'd no online sites. And so I contact them-and complain about this. The consultant was excellent and stated that they did get the cost but no body had prepared it and alternatively turn off our web. Which was moderate and good.

earlier this month, I visited spend my statement when I usually do and thought it experienced when I often do and not are having issues. About fourteen days later we obtain a phone from their store wondering about whenever weare likely to spend the statement. I inform the repetition I settled it through the internet website. She questioned me to consider my bank record and stated anything could be good.

It was currently 5 times till I'd be getting paid again. Therefore our web gets disconnected. We contact customer support and clarify what happened. The cost for whatever reason or another simply did not undergo when I believed it'd and questioned when they could be prepared to wait till I obtained settled to pay for it. They said "NUMBER."

Good. Etc the day that I had been compensated, I paid it instantly and ensured it experienced just it didnot provide me a verification # enjoy it often does that we discovered peculiar but didnot question. We then contact them-and let them know we have settled our statement. They claim they truly are not switching our wire back on till they get the cost which if we would like it on any faster we'd need to print-out the site displaying cost and drive it to our regional workplace (1/2 time drive).

So my husband invested virtually all day long that evening looking to get our support repaired directly after we settled plus they were therefore mean and rude to him. He explained the repetition started shouting "WHAT? What did you spend with? When did you spend it? WHAT WOULD YOU LIKE TODAY?" Etc...

I can't stand the corporation any more however itis the only real organization providing highspeed net within our region so we've no option plus they reach handle everybody like shit. This isn't right when you are spending money on THEIR support. They must be more sincere and understand what the-hell is certainly going on.
