GuaranteedPriceMoving.com, Unity Van Lines, ripoff

I contracted with GuaranteedPriceMoving to move my belongings from Costa Mesa, CA to Yakima, WA last July. My things were picked up on 6/30/06 and was told they would be delivered in 7-10 working days from that date.

The first rip off was when they picked up, I was charged an "over weight" charge because I had marked "single bed" on the inventory list online and they said that didn't include the frame, I was also charged for an antique table which is light enough for me to pickup and carry around (I weigh 98lbs) because I had listed it as an end table.

I got to my destination on July 1st and called the office of GuaranteedPriceMoving to let them know I was ready for delivery on July 3rd. Tom Regev told me my items wouldn't be there for 10-14 days from pickup.
I waited 14 days and called Tom back and he gave me the number for the dispatcher, Danie Dachot, who told me they didn't have a destination address to deliver to and it would be another 10-14 days after they got an address to deliver my things.

I dug up the invoice from the pickup which was filled out and signed by Daniel Dachot with the destination address on it. I asked him where my things were and he said in L.A., California, I asked where in LA and he said a storage unit. I told him I would not pay for storage and he stated that I had 30 days free.

I then called the owner of Unity Van Lines who was contracted to truck my things and was told he wasn't in and he would call me back. I waited an hour and called again only to be told that their computers were down and they couldn't reach him.

I then called GuaranteedPriceMovers back and spoke with a man named Guy who called the owner of Unity Van Lines and was told that someone named Molly had called me that morning saying my things were in route and I would have them in 4 days.
I told them that was a lie, I hadn't spoken to anyone from either company since the previous Friday and that was Daniel Dachot.

I did receive my things 4 days later at 10:00pm in the evening. They didn't finish unloading until after 11:00pm.

The next morning I started unpacking things and found a ceramic lamp had been put in a box unprotected and was smashed to pieces, a solid hand carved African piece of a giraff had also been shattered and six of my brand new oak dinningroom chairs were scratched and gouged. I had 3 boxes missing containing all of my family pictures dating back to the late 1800's including all my personal family, vacation photos, etc.

I've called both GuaranteedPriceMovers numerous times and the owner of Unity Van Lines and no one will call me back with any answers.
