World Wide Van Lines
Scammers

I contracted with World Wide Van Lines November 25th to have my household brought from Las Vegas to Dallas for $1089.00 for 2000 lbs. Little did know that they are only a brokerage company and they contract out to other moving companies to deliver. They contracted out to a company called Energizer Moving and Storage out of Las Vegas. What a big mistake that was and a horrible company to deal with.

After picking up my things from a storage unit, mostly boxes the price went up $700.00. Supposely now I had 4250 lbs, 2250 lbs over what I contracted for. Yea right I'm thinking. Okay now I want to just pick up my things and drive them myself. Well now they want $600 for me to pick up my belongings. So I agreed to have them bring my things to Dallas.

Well a few days before they supposedly come to Dallas they call us and say it will be in a couple days but the they call and let us know what day and time. They call us on the third day screaming at us that they have been trying to call for two days. That is a flat out lie as I have my phone records to prove it that they did not call us until Wed. At 6pm. Of course I could'nt get no money out of the bank until the next morning but they refused to wait and said it would be $350 more if they waited overnight. I told them I was'nt going to pay this as they should have called us earlier to let us know they were going to be there at a certain time so that I could take money from the bank. They wanted to deliver our things at 11pm that evening.

They said I had 3 choices, postal money order, cashiers check or cash at 11pm. I could'nt do any of these things at night after banks closed so they left Dallas with all of our things and took them to Denver and put them in an undisclosed storage. I tried to call World Wide Van lines but all I got was someone by the name of Haley (the lights are on and nobodys home) person. She only listened to Energizer Moving and did nothing about this.

I then spoke to Darrel Lawson, supposedly a supervisor which again was of no use. They ripped me off and are holding my things hostage somewhere in Denver until I give them $700 more and I have to go there and pick up my belongings and bring them to Dallas myself. Please never ever use either one of these companies or you will have the same fate as I.
