I have had t-mobile for several years and often had to endure lengthy periods of no service in my home. I also endured long periods of time talking to service at t-mobile and especially waiting for transfers within the company.
I do not recommend this provider. Since I had an unsupported Moto fone, I could not use the services I paid for, like sending pictures and text messageing.
The tech guys were pretty good and did try to reprogram my fone to get service.
T-mobile would not refund a portion of my fees for non-service and insisted on my paying the full fee for limited services and long outages.
