Looking for other individuals who have been ripped off by T-Mobile's new fraudulent billing practices - especially those involving the new "restoration fees". Since they instituted the fees, they have eliminated WITHOUT WARNING any grace periods and they no longer notify you of pending suspension of services. My service was shut off the DAY AFTER MY DUE DATE without notice. I was already in a conflict with them, and they had lied and actually told the FCC that they were waiving some fees that they had slapped onto me fraudulently, but they DID NOT WAIVE THEM, therefore they considered my payment short and suspended my service without notice. Now they want $100 to restore service.
I used to love T-Mobile, but since the merger announcement, they suck.
