This company appears to be a subsidiary of Mobile Media, which has also been charging (slamming) my minor son $9.99 per month since 1/5 for an unauthorized service. On our cell phone bill, the number to call Mobile Media is bogus (have attempted to call many times and the phone number for service that T-Mobile gave me for this company is also bogus). I got Shaboom Media's number from T-Mobile today. It worked! The CSR at Shaboom admitted to me that they were the same company as Mobile Media. Shaboom has only charged us $9.99 once for receiving a text, which was neither authorized nor responded to. I "stopped" the bogus services with the rep. And requested a refund that I doubt I'll ever see. I have placed a block on all "Premium Services" for my 2 children's phones with T-Mobile. This service costs $4.99 per month, but that is much cheaper than the $60 I was billed this month for the 6 services which slammed my son's phone. Amazing!
