I moved just a few miles down the road several months ago and since then get no service - can hardly ever use my Nextel phone (neither can my husband). I've put in several problem tickets - all which have been identified by Nextel as No Service In Your Area. I have spent countless hours on the phone with Nextel trying to negotiate a way out of my contract since I cannot use my phones - they won't help me. I asked my options, they told me I could continue paying the $80 per month for the two phone lines or pay $400 to cancel the contract early. I am stuck. The Nextel customer service reps are nice at first, but then when you tell them you want to cancel they become hostile. I filed complaints with the FCC and the BBB... We will see what happens.
